During our recent Policy Council (agency parent group), Jackie Bell, Executive Director, honored Tiana White and Monica Sovil for their dedication, commitment and service as Policy Council members. Tiana held the position of Policy Council Chairperson which also allowed her to sit on our Board of Directors as a Policy Council Representative. Monica served on the Executive Committee and once her son went to Kindergarten she served as a Community Representative for Wetzel County. These ladies are true advocates for their children and our program. Their participation in Policy Council has been instrumental to NPHS’s success for the past five years. They have approved many policies, grant budgets, new hires, and had a voice in all major decisions. They both have led healthy discussions to support the best outcomes to ensure a quality program is offered to our northern panhandle communities. We are so thankful for their involvement! Wishing Tiana and Monica, along with their families, continued life-long learning and happiness.
