Orchard Park Early Head Start Centers

Center based services are provided for 32 children ages 3 months to 36 months through a full year/full day program operating Monday-Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. The age groups of children per room are: ages 3 month to 12 months, ages 13 months to 24 months and 25 months to 36 months.

Addtionally, a partnership was forged with the YWCA Family Violence Prevention Program to support pregnant women and families with children ages 3 months to 36 months. Services are provided on an individual basis, either in a home base or center base setting, to meet the needs of the parent and their children.

Center Base Options Available:

  • 8 - children ages 3 months to 1 yr.
  • 8 - children ages 1-2 yrs old
  • 16 - children ages 2-3 yrs old

Ohio County Home Base

Home based services are provided for 10 children (inclusive of pregnant women) ages birth to 3 yrs old. The infant/toddler and/or prenatal currriculum is delivered at the child's home. A Parent Educator provides the comprehensive services for a 90 minute session held weekly. Additionally, children and families have the opportunity to participate in a socialization (group) experience held twice monthly.

  • Serving pregnant women and families with children under 3 yrs old
